Kathy was selected to take the helm as the CEO for PSIA-AASI E in October 2021. This dream job is the culmination of a lifelong passion for snowsports and a dedication to helping students become as passionate about the sport as she is. As a 30-year member of PSIA-AASI E, Kathy has worked at various resorts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and as an Examiner and Development Team Coach for PSIA-AASI E. Most recently she was the Technical Director at Waterville Valley, where she still works part-time as a trainer and instructor. During the off season, Kathy was the CIO and Services Director for the Whale’s Tale Waterpark and Alpine Adventures, a zipline/off-road tour company. In her early career, she worked in financial services and as a consultant helping organizations to define and implement new systems and processes.
