What about parking?
We recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app. Parking will be available via SpotHero closer to the event date. You can subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date!
To self-park in the BCEC South Lot, from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Parking rates are $25 for regular sized / $50 for oversized (anything taking up more than 1 spot). There are handicapped accessible spaces in the South Lot. EV charging spaces available in the North Lot, where attendees would need to pay in the South Lot first and then head to the North Lot to charge their EV vehicles. Charging is free with the app (Chargepoint). No south lot shuttles for event since the event is in Hall C.
Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. We do not accept reservations. Overflow to Channel garage if needed. We will provide shuttles from Channel garage only when the South lot is full. Parking did not reach capacity last year. We’re not expecting it to be full this year based on the expected 2-3 hour turnover of an attendee.
What if I need to stay overnight?
