About the Event
What are the opening times?
Friday November 14th: 2:30-9pm
Saturday November 15th: 10-8pm
Sunday November 16th: 10-4pm
What time can I arrive?
We allow entry to the Hall any time during the day between the above listed opening times but if you arrive early (approx. 30 mins before show opens) you’ll be in with a chance to snag some free queue giveaways!
Where is the venue?
We’re back in Hall C of the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center, Boston, MA.
Will I need ID?
You will not need to provide an ID to attend the show, just your ticket!
Will there be food carts/stations?
Yes, there will be a café in the hall to purchase a variety of food and beverages.
Can I speak at the event?

Can I bring a backpack into the show?
Yes, the venue has security scanners so you may be asked to have your bag searched at the entrance. The venue does not offer a cloakroom for coats or bags.
I am an exhibitor and have some questions?
We will release the Exhibitor Manual closer to the time of the show which contains everything you need to know about Exhibiting at our expo. If you need to speak to someone please email [email protected] and we will assist.
How do I book a stand/find out about exhibiting?
You can speak directly to our Managing Director Steve Morgan who would be happy to discuss opportunities to get involved in the expo – he can be reached via email at [email protected]
Do I need to register or pay to see a speaker?
No, all speaker talks and panels are free-to-attend and have first come, first served seating.
What if I don’t want to be included on event photography and videography?
When you arrive at the show, please inform a member of staff on the registration desk. They will then liaise with the photographer to ensure you aren’t included on any images or videos taken at the event.
Can I bring my pet?
Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.

What about parking?
We recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app. Parking will be available via SpotHero closer to the event date. You can subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date!
The MCEC has 1,300 parking spaces available for attendee parking daily.
To self-park ($35/car and $70/oversized vehicle.), from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the Uber/Lyft/Rideshare pickup and drop-off area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Lot parking area in front of you. Accessible parking spaces are also located in this lot, closest to the building (the same parking rates apply).

Tickets
Where do I get tickets?
Tickets will become available the first week of September. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on socials to be the first to hear – you may even get a free ticket if you’re quick!

When will I get my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email on booking. All tickets will be sent out at least one week before the event. Bring your ticket to the expo either printed or on your mobile. Check the bottom of your email to download the tickets on some email platforms.
Which days are my ticket for?
You can purchase specific day tickets or weekend tickets which are valid for the entire weekend.
Can I buy a VIP ticket?
We have made a decision as a brand not to charge for these tickets, but if you follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter then you might be able to win one for free!
Can I bring children with me?
Any adult can bring a child under 12 without charge, you can book this ticket when you book your own ticket through SeeTickets. Child tickets can be obtained at the show through the registration desk if you haven’t registered these before the show weekend.
Accessibility
Is the MCEC accessible to people with disabilities?
The Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) is designed to be accessible to people with disabilities. The venue is fully accessible, and a limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge for guests. In addition, the MCEC is located near public transportation options, including the Silver Line, which offers accessible service.
Gender-neutral restrooms, which also serve as family restrooms or restrooms for individuals with disabilities and their companions, are located on every level of the convention center
Can I bring my pet?
Support animals are allowed in the MCEC, but we don’t allow pets or emotional support animals
