Will I need ID?
You will not need to provide an ID to attend the show, just your ticket!
Will there be food carts/stations?
Yes, there will be a café in the hall to purchase a variety of food and beverages.
Can I speak at the event?

Can I bring a backpack into the show?
Yes, the venue has security scanners so you may be asked to have your bag searched at the entrance. The venue does not offer a cloakroom for coats or bags.
I am an exhibitor and have some questions?
We will release the Exhibitor Manual closer to the time of the show which contains everything you need to know about Exhibiting at our expo. If you need to speak to someone please email [email protected] and he will be happy to help.
How do I book a stand/find out about exhibiting?

Do I need to register or pay to see a speaker?
No, all speaker talks and panels are free-to-attend and are first come, first served.

Where do I get tickets?
You can book your tickets through SeeTickets.
I bought a ticket, but I haven’t a confirmation email yet.

When will I get my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email and tickets. If you don’t we will resend all tickets will be sent out a week before the event, bring your ticket along to the expo either printed or on your mobile.
Which days are my ticket for?
You can purchase specific day tickets or weekend tickets which are valid for the entire weekend!
Can I buy a VIP ticket?
We have made a decision as a brand not to charge for these tickets, but if you follow us on social media then you might be able to win one for free!
Can I bring children with me?
Any adult can bring a child under 16 without charge, you can book this ticket when you book your own ticket through SeeTickets.
What are the opening times?
2pm – 8.30pm Friday November 3rd
10am-7pm Saturday November 4th
10am -4pm Sunday November 5th 2023
What about parking?
To self-park in the BCEC South Lot, from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Parking rates are $25 for regular sized vehicles and $50 for oversized vehicles.
Please note: Parking is limited at the BCEC and is available on a first come, first served basis. On certain events if the South Lot is full, attendees may be directed to an offsite parking lot.

Is there valet parking?
Valet parking ($40) is available during most events. To access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and the valet area will be immediately on your right. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
What if I need to stay overnight?

What time can I arrive?
We allow entry to the Hall any time during the day between the above listed opening times but if you arrive early (approx. 15mins before show opens) you’ll be in with a chance to get queue giveaways!
Can I bring my pet?
Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.
