My name is Germain and I am a native New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx as well as Mount Vernon. I attended college at the University at Albany in New Yorks capital and loved it for the experience, as well as the true winter weather. Winter to me isn’t just a season, it’s what we a call “vybe”. There are few things that beat snow covered mountains, fire pits, hot chocolate, layering in clothes and my favorite, hearing the sound of snowboards and skis sliding and carving down a mountain with friends. I’ve always had a love for snowboarding as most 80’s & 90’s babies who enjoy the sport and learned a lot at ages 10-13, but ultimately focused on other sports (football and track & field). Over the last few years I’ve fallen back in love and have been bringing friends and neighbors along with me on this ride. Thank you for reading.
