I’m a multi-certified personal trainer, seasoned snowboarder with over 30 years on the slopes, and a group fitness instructor with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My mission is to motivate and equip you with the right tools to get your body snowboarding and ski ready, ensuring you make the most of your time on the slopes and in life. My goal is to help you build resilience, strength, prevent injury, and enhance your endurance performance so you can enjoy more moments on the mountain confidently. I’m certified by AAAI/ISMA and have expertise in a wide range of fitness formats, including Pilates, Barre, Functional Training, Personal Training, and Aqua Fitness. I teach locally weekly both group exercise and as a personal trainer. I have incorporated these methods into a program that prepares you for the challenges of ski season.
