Mark is a lifetime skier, who has been involved in the ski, snowboard, and outdoor sports industry for 40 years, with a humble beginning in a family owned shop, in North Haven CT. Mark has taught skiing, become a master bootfitter and ski tech, is well versed in most all products and technologies, has lifetime relationships with most vendor reps in the New England region and beyond, and has run the boot room at the previous iteration of this expo, for many years. Mark’s favorite past time, beyond snow sliding, of course, is making “5 minute friends” on the ski lift chairs of every ski area he visits, “I live for the opportunity to meet and chat with diverse and fun loving fellow snow sliders on lift- I’ve always been a very gregarious person, who can slide easily from conversation to conversation, sharing experiences and fun stories about the day, the products, or skiing in general. Skiing, for me, is about more than just snow sliding, it’s about meeting people and making connections”
