SnowFit: Balance & Strength is the feature to help! Find yoga, balance and flow by Adina Crawford or strength & conditioning sessions by Jess Buja. These sessions are designed to help you build stability, coordination, and power, whether you’re preparing for winter sports or simply looking to improve your overall fitness. These 30min classes focus on enhancing your core strength, improving your balance, and increasing muscle endurance through a combination of dynamic movements and targeted exercises.
Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, and functional movements, the sessions will help you develop the agility and strength needed for activities like skiing, snowboarding, or any outdoor adventure. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions to meet individual goals.
