I live in Western Mass, and my home mountain is Bousquet; the oldest mountain in Massachusetts and the inventors of night skiing and toe gripper. Currently I’m the race director of the local independent mountain that had 75 athletes. I also am the Head Ski coach for Monument Mountain High School and Miss Halls High School. My personal life, I’m also an engineer at the second largest employer in Berkshire County. On average I ski over 100 days a year, 7+ states, and 20-30 mountains. Especially with Snowbound Expo shifting to Connecticut I would love to be able to spread the word and encourage even more participation from a potentially new demographic.
