My snowboarding story started in Michigan, where I became an instructor in high school at Mt. Brighton and later Pine Knob. From there, I headed west to Colorado for college and continued teaching at Crested Butte, Eldora, and Loveland. These days, I’m a special education high school science teacher in Delaware—but give me a mountain, fresh snow, and a board, and I’m right back where I belong. I’m also a longtime volunteer with Carve Bunnies, giving back to the snowboarding community and helping share the stoke with the next generation. Still teaching. Still riding. Still chasing that next powder day.
