Shannon Dunn-Downing is a two-time Olympian and the first U.S. Olympic medalist in snowboarding. She launched the first successful women’s pro models – opening the door to groundbreaking women’s-specific products = landed historic tricks, and co-founded Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC). Her Burton pro model is featured in the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History “Change Your Game” sports exhibit. Through her memoir, Snowboard Girl, she shares an inspiring journey of breaking barriers, chasing dreams, and helping shape snowboarding’s most defining decade.
