Shaun White is a five-time Olympian and a three-time Olympic gold medalist in halfpipe snowboarding. Renowned as a snowboarding superstar, White has won Gold at the 2006, 2010 and 2018 Winter Olympics and has won a medal every time he has participated in the X Games from 2002 until 2013.
The decorated sportsman holds the world record for the most X Games gold medals and Olympic gold medals by a snowboarder. White announced his retirement leading up to the 2022 Olympics, making the Beijing Games his last.
Ahead of competing in Beijing, White fulfilled a lifelong dream by launching his own snowboard and apparel brand, Whitespace, which he rode and showcased in Beijing. The brand has expanded its offering in its second year, with new snowboards and apparel set to release for the 2023/24 season. Whitespace will be at the 2023 Snowbound Expo.
