Elijah Teter, hailing from Belmont, VT, has dedicated his life to maximizing athletes’ potential and defining their legacies. Currently, he is the Athletic Director for We Are Camp LLC, which includes Wy’East Mountain Academy and various esteemed summer camps such as High Cascade Snowboard Camp and Windells Ski Camp.
Formerly a member of the USA Snowboard Team, Elijah holds certifications as a US Ski and Snowboard Level 100 Judge and a Level 100, 200, & 300 Coach Developer. His accolades include Best US Snowboard Halfpipe Coach at the Sochi Olympics (2014) and USSA Snowboarding Domestic Coach of the Year (2014).
Since 2018, Elijah has served as Athletic Director at Wy’East Mountain Academy and High Cascade Snowboard Camp, is a Pacific Northwest Snowboard Representative for US Ski and Snowboard, and a course creator of the Away Global Terrain Park Training System. Previously, he was the Halfpipe/Slopestyle Head Coach at Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (2011-2014) and personally coached prominent athletes like Louie Vito, Hannah Teter, and Ayumu Hirano.
Elijah has also judged major competitions, including the Red Bull Double Pipe and slope, half-pipe, big-air and street at the Winter X Games.
