Back in my Syracuse University days, amidst the relentless flurry of lake effect snow it was during that frigid winter that I took up snowboarding at Toggenburg Mountain, New York. The sport became a cornerstone of my most cherished life experiences.
Having obtained my personal trainer certification during my college years, my journey has been one of continuous growth. My expertise extends to Pilates, strength training, Core First, aqua training, and Barre.
Snowboarding and fitness have seamlessly woven themselves into the fabric of my passions. With the passage of time, I’ve witnessed individuals forced to relinquish their beloved sports due to fitness constraints. Presently, I train athletes 40+ to condition to prevent leg fatigue and injury prevention to be able to do the sport they love and have the most fulfilling days on the mountain.
